Guest Reviews: New Hotel in Phuket 2019

August 2019 became a meaningful time when Phuket9 development company launched a brand new hotel in Phuket (one more hotel in the list of Phuket9 projects). The hotel got the name KK – Karon-Kata Boutique Hotel because of its location – near Karon and Kata beaches. And this is one of its main advantages – walking distance from two beautiful beaches popular with tourists.

More things we proud about this hotel are:

  • The restaurant that will have an in-room service soon. Daily breakfasts for the guests including 5 sets to choose. 
  • Rooms with contemporary design and family conception – the hotel has rooms with 1 king-size bed for couples, rooms with 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed for families with grown-up children. And also the hotel provides baby cribs on request for travelers with little babies. 
  • Karon and Kata districts with well developed infrastructure – have everything tourists may need. Many restaurants with different cuisine, bars, cafes, shops, markets.

We are always interested in what the guests think about the hotel so we investigate their likes and dislikes. Here they are, let’s check them out.

As for the restaurant and a rooftop bar, unfortunately, our first visitors didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy them but we are in process of getting a license already and before their next vacation the bar and the restaurant will be working for sure.

➕ “Очень удобное расположение — рядом есть все необходимое, до пляжа всего 10 минут неспешной ходьбы. Отель новый, все чистенькое и красивое. Комната просторная, нам с ребенком было очень комфортно. Две полноценные кровати — большая и поменьше для ребенка”. Translation: “Nice location – everything you need is nearby, 10 minutes walking to the beach. The hotel is new, everything is clean and beautiful. The room is spacious, me and my child felt comfortable. Two beds – big one and a single bed for a child”.

➖ “Так как отель новый, есть некоторые мелочи, которые надо доработать. Также немного смутил момент, что персонал не идеально говорил на английском. Но при этом очень старались помочь решить все вопросы”. Translation: “As the hotel is new there are some things to be improved. ➕ “Завтрак класс. Много и вкусно. Бассейн хорош. Быстрый лифт”. Translation: “The breakfast is great, large and tasty. The pool is good. The elevator is fast”.

➖ “свежий ремонт – супер. не продуман душ совсем. Вода вытекает на пол в туалете, потому что нет никакого порога для нее. муравьи пришли очень быстро в наш номер. душновато в коридорах”. Translation: “The design is good but the shower has some disadvantages. Water goes out of the shower cabin because there is no step. Ants came into our room.
